SCM has officially ended.yesterday.
all the shitty waves at kallang has finally become a thing of the past,unless...opps.
one dollar canned drinks,shower rooms with taps,small wooden rack to place boats,shared shed with DB,dead fish,waves,dizzy.all these has become part of the experience.
